Your preferences allow you to automatically share projects with an office. You can also choose to apply supplier discounts to searches outside of a project.

Automatically share projects

1. Click the menu to choose an office.
2. Click the office. Your change will automatically be saved.

You no longer need to manually send projects to a department.

Automatically apply discounts

1. Click the menu under Default Search.
2. Click the office. Your change will automatically be saved.

Your office discounts will automatically be applied when you search items from the associated version.
